Over the years I have owned and managed traditional real estate companies with multiple offices requiring many employees and substantial overhead to run. With the resources available today, a large group of agents can operate from one location. All office and client communications can be completed and delivered electronically using laptops, tablets, and/or smart phones. With the savings in overhead, agents can be rewarded with higher commissions and funds can be available for investment in marketing and lead generation.
On that premise, we have built a technology-based platform that includes Realty Back Office to manage the agent’s day to day administrative functions. This is a bold and innovative way to run a real estate company, and I believe it’s the wave of the future!
